My Icould will not open in Safari
Safari will not let me open iCloud.com. Password changed several time, no luck
Mac mini (Late 2012), iOS 10.0.2
Make sure OS X is up to date.
Open the App Store then select the Updates tab.

Well I wish I could say that works. I checked several time everything is updated. I can get in on my iPad Pro just fine but not through Safari. Works great in Chrome but an Apple guy for long time. Never seen the happen.
What happens when you try to access it using Safari?
Ok.. might be a Safari cookie issue ..
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Then click: Manage Website Data
Click Remove All then quit and relaunch Safari then try iCloud.com.
When ever I log in the wheel spins and spins and times out. I have gone into chrome and reset my password 3 times. I have also re-installed IOS Serria to see if that would help. I will check with Apple support tonight and call them to see what they say.
